These sessions are designed for general education teachers, special educators, administrators, and support staff. Content emphasizes realistic strategies, shared responsibility, and sustainable practices.

  • Honoring accommodations in the general education classroom (without burnout)
  • Understanding Universal Design for Learning (UDL)

Whole-School Training ($750):
  • Up to 3 hours of large-group training
  • In-person (within 2-hour driving radius of NE Indiana) or virtual
  • Customized content for the school community
Full-Day PD Participation ($1,250):
  • Participation in a full-day PD schedule
  • Up to 3 guided small-group workshops
  • Large-group and breakout facilitation
  • Includes up to 4 hours round-trip travel by car
  • Pre-session planning with school leadership

Additional travel beyond these parameters may incur additional fees.

Option 1: Basic Group Session ($200)

A clear, practical introduction to a focused topic, designed for parent groups who want helpful information and space for questions. This option works well for groups who want a straightforward session without extras.

  • Includes: 60 minute virtual or in-person session (Fort Wayne locations only); virtual options for groups in other areas
  • One focused topic (selected in advance)
  • Time for Q&A and discussion

Common topics include:

  • Preparing for your first IEP or 504 meeting
  • Understanding your role as a parent advocate
  • What to do when you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed
Option 2: Extended Group Session ($350)

A deeper, more interactive session with added structure and support for groups who want to dig in a bit more. This option is ideal for groups who want both information and guided conversation.

  • Includes: 90-minute in-person session (Fort Wayne area only); virtual options for groups in other areas
  • One primary topic, with space to address related questions
  • Interactive discussion or guided scenarios
  • Optional follow-up resources shared digitally

Common topics include:

  • What to do when you think an IEP or 504 isn’t being followed
  • Asking better questions in school meetings
  • How to document concerns and next steps
Option 3: Group Session + Resources (VIP) ($500)

A more robust option for groups who want both a guided session and tangible takeaways for participants. This option is best for groups who want participants to leave with tools they can actually use.

  • Includes: 90-minute session (virtual or in person, depending on location)
